@BlackandWhiteScarf Colin says it – as some kind of insider joke – when bagpipes (a typical Scottish instrument) play in the background and he went to Drama School in Glasgow (Scotland). There’s no further ‘deep meaning’ to the remark than that (he said so himself when asked).
